Jual Domestics

I placed an order on their website and found out that I was charged twice for the same item and when I called up to complain I was told by the receptionist (who was also the complaints department and the manager) that the item was out of stock and yet they still took the money out of my account!!!

Searching around for an integrated dishwasher and washing maching Jual Domestics came out pretty much the cheapest. Ordering was easy, items were in stock and delivery date within the week. However, the afternoon before delivery they call up and tell me that I had to be ready to receive and move the items (I live in a flat) between 6am-8am, with no possibility of rescheduling that day. As I wasn't living at the property this was impossible and I had to cancel the order due to total lack of flexibility or care from them. Next day I get a call at 6am from a driver shouting at me to pick up the stuff, he's going to just leave them on the street. He then shouts at me some more when I tell him I cancelled the order and orders me to call his boss. As I'm replying he even hangs up on me! Awful service, will never use them again.

Placed hte order on Saturday and confirmed the order on Monday.Agreed the fridge was delivered on Wednesday and they were very helpful on the phone. They called on the day to give a 4 hour time frae - better than the "hmm.. 08:00 - 18:00" timeframe! Arrived packaged well and promtly. Would definitely order from Jual again! Highly recommended.

Went into their store for an item for my kitchen, they delivered the very next morning, couldnt be happier.
