    My Grandma lived at Victoria House for four years, My Grandma was loved, respected and treated with great dignity by the staff, my Grandma was regarded as one of the family at the home. During the final hours of my Grandma's life my family and I were shown kindness and comfort by all the staff. Victoria House has a homely feel and my Grandma was always clean and comfortable. I have to say that Victoria House ensured that my Grandma enjoyed the final years of her life, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
