• My new direction...

  I never thought I needed life coaching, I thought I wasn't one of 'those' people but then I realised that for years I wanted a particular job, it was a dream though and nothing else. I was quite happy, or so I thought, coasting along in my comfort zone feeling unfulfilled and unchallenged. My coach, Elaine, identified the areas I needed to work on such as confidence, belief and drive. Two days ago, after a very successful interview, I was offered my dream job. Coaching isn't a miracle cure but it unearths your goals, desires, dreams and provides you with the motivation and belief that you can do anything if you want to. I honestly believe that without life coaching with Elaine, I would still be dreaming of what could be, not realising that I had the potential within all along.

• A great coach

  Elaine is very easy to work with. She has a gentle approach and a great sense of humour that puts clients at ease quickly. She is very knowledgable and is able to see where I limit myself and help me through it. She is great to have as a coach and i really enjoy our sessions. She has made a big difference in my life with her encouragement and support, as well as the challenges. Liz Mouratsing RGN
