  We ordered on Mon evening and received items following Fri pm with phone calls and emails to confirm date and time of delivery. Well packaged, perfect condition, assembled by friendly delivery men. Looks great, very pleased.

• Very impressed

  We ordered our Newington sofa's on Monday, i was very surprised when we were offered a delivery spot 3 days later, anywhere else you would expect to wait a minimum of 6 weeks. The saving alone is amazing, and the quality, well its a 'wow' from us they are so comfortable and luxurious! Well done Furniture Choice for such a great deal.

• cowboys!!!

  I suppose its one of those good deals turn nightmare! Everything went fine up until the delivery truck arrived, then the 2 cowboy crew threw my 3 seater of the lorry, right before my eyes. As a calmed natured person I thought the protective packaging would negate the damage. Only to find out after these fine chaps had decided they could not be bothered to take my 3-seater up one floor, it had big gash with chipped wood showing through the cheap covering. I immediately informed them I would not be accepting this as it was damaged, they both agreed and I assumed the invoice would list this as the reason I returned one of the sofas. After 15 minutes of explaining how a neighbour and I had managed to get 3 seater L- shaped sofa up the same stairs, I gave up and told them to go, fearing my 2 seater might receive the same treatment. Picked up my 2 seater and took it upstairs, thinking why the three of us couldn't get a 3 seater up the same stair. The next day a call to customer services revealed the cowboys had failed to mention the damage to the sofa and instead listed lack of access as the reason I returned the sofa. Still waiting, for decent answer from the young lady on the other end. I am disappointed and will not be buying from them again or referring friends. Overall experience had me staring out the window for hours.
