replacement armchair

we bought a three piece suite from the factory shack in castleford when it arrived one of the arm chairs was damaged i have now been waiting for a replacement armchair for 8 months. apprantly they have ordered a replacement one 3 times and have had no joy so we went to the wakefield branch and told them about the problem and they looked on the computer and found our chair it had been stuck in a warehouse since january it is now april.they told us it would be deliverd saturday but when i phoned them for a rough time they told me they had no information of any delivery to my address so they told me it would be deliverd sunday and guess what no sign of it.

good customer service

i recently brought a number of items for my home, and was very surprised by the nature of the staff, whom were extremely helpful unlike other electrical retailers! all my goods are in my home safely and on time...i want to say thank you to a young man called stuart whom was extremly helpful and knowledgeable when i was purchasing my goods at the grimbsy store.
